Update to my review: We received our deposit, minus approximately 150 euros (no explanation as to why 150 euros was subtracted) two months after the end of the contract. The problems with the deposit refund were not caused by Paris Attitude but I hope they take the time to inspect the apartment for cleanliness. The contract for the apartment we rented ended on December 15th. I was told that we would be receiving the full deposit back. Per the contract, and per Paris Attitude (I have an email from Paris Attitude stating this), the deposit refund is due within 30 days of the end of the contract. It is now January 31 and we still have not been refunded our deposit. If you are traveling to Paris from another country, I highly recommend not using Paris Attitude for renting an apartment. Once your contract ends, and you leave Paris, you will have no means of obtaining your deposit refund; you will be totally dependent on the honesty of the apartment's owner. Paris Attitude will do nothing to help you if the apartment owner does not refund you your deposit.
