Lack of transparency and accountability despite very higy agency fees. I had a pretty bad experience with this agency last year, where after I paid all my fees they told me they were no longer accountable for anything that happened with my landlord, including whether or not my depositi was trurned (it was not). They also told me at the end of my contract that they could find me a new place, but would charge me another approximately 4000 for a first signing fee for a few months contract, despite already having boooked a place with them before. Absolutely not worth it compared to other agencies.
