The reason I gave 1 star is because there was no option to give zero or negative star. I agree with all the negative reviews about ParisEnvol that have already been posted. This company do not adhere to what they state on their website . It prominently states “30-day easy returns” on the payment/checkout pages. Based on this representation, I reasonably expected that returning an item for an issue and would be simple and straightforward and not having to return the defective product to China at my own expense. The waterproof boots that were supposedly UKsize 6.5 but they were smaller than my UK size 6. I purchased them because they were sold as waterproof and they were not waterproof. I could not zip them up as the zip would not even go past my heel. I was first offered 15% refund on my purchase and keep the defective boots and eventually Mia offered 55% refund and l keep defective boots. WHY WOULD I ACCEPT? My advice would be do not purchase from this company. Under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, companies must:• Provide clear and prominent information about return procedures before purchase;• Avoid misleading statements or omissions that cause the consumer to make a decision they otherwise would not have made;• Honour advertised return policies as presented at the point of sale.Requiring a return to Asia—when this was not prominently disclosed prior to payment—and attempting to pressure me into accepting a partial refund instead, constitutes a misleading commercial practice.I am now expecting you to make the right decision to send a full refund back to me.
