I had the same problem as everyone here, in my case, in a McDonalds with family and friends. The limited time avoid you to enjoy the time there but just be fed like animals and leave the place for next.SUGGESTION, P&C doesnt care about you, do not complain to them, but to the restaurant and supermaket and say to them you don't go anymore there meanwhile P&C manages their parking lot. It doesn't give you the money back but I hope that they fire P&C if they receive too many complains.
