We got ticket. Trying to pay online. System could not find our pcn. After contacting customer services we been told to try pay next day. We couldn't again. They advised in case of receiving notice again we should try to explain that we couldn't pay. Now we received leter from dept company chasing us to pay. We contacted them again as its wasn't our fault that their system couldn't not find our ticket. But not respons from they and we keep getting letters from dept collector.
