I had issues regarding my parking and they offered zero support, all they care about is a fee.The fee means nothing to me, but the lack of customer empathy is bad for business. They won't be a business for long.I have all comms and documentation of my encounter with them. Q1 2026 i will file a legal petition for "severe violations" with the local court and have them shutdown.This is Germany. I'll set some time and money for them.
