Although I sent them the proof of my purchase they didn’t cancel the fine (€45 euros for 25 mins parking for the shopping). Their machines confirmed my payment but I’ve got fine afterwards. Their cameras never work correctly. I will never enter parking places managed by them I will never visit REWE). Will never go to the markets that has a parking garage managed by them. It is absolutely shame that authorities don’t take any actions!
