I have traveled four times this year and use this company every time, and the way that they speak to me as a woman, I find extremely upsetting. I came home to find my windshield has a huge crack across the whole vehicle that was not at all there three short days ago . The first man tried to tell me how windshields work in the cold . My car has been here for 3 days. I have lived in Calgary Alberta my whole life. I know how a beeping windshield works in the cold. He told me he was going to go get his managers phone number and instead another gentleman comes out and tries to explain to me how Glass Works when it's cold out. They did not stop to see how long my car had been parked here for if they had they would know that it's been between 0° and -10° the last 4 days they also did not bother to say they would check the video of when I drove in which is what they did when they damaged my car a few years back. They interrupted me mansplained. I have asked for pictures of my car as I drive in and out and they will not provide it to me. Nor would they call me back until I had reached out for the 5th time.
