I waited for over 45 minutes for my shuttle at DIA. I called three times and he said it’ll be 5-6 minutes. I said I’m standing at 513 bc my voucher says to be here. He said yes. An empty shuttle drives right past me on the inside lane and I flag him down. He points back but never stopped. I call the operator again than he says I should be at 509 not 513. I tell him the voucher said to be at 513. Horrible experience for my first and LAST time. (head explosion emoji)
