excellent service , an easy to use site and rapid delivery , email confirmation of my order and overall very impressive to deal with , however the one lasting impression was with their choice of delivery company , i've ordered things from other companies and the delivery lets the whole deal down , but Fedex were above excellent , i don't know the driver or how to contact his company to thank him , but i recieved a call to say he was dropping the delivery off and as it was raining would it be ok if he used some large plastic boxes i had in the yard to cover the delivery as it wouldn't fit into my parcel container , when i got home the parcel was safe and secure and dry , outstanding service and a welcome change from the usual deliveries .
