Have used Parker Cars for years and found them a reliable, up market provider. However lately I have been let down on a number of occasions, the most recent on one of the rail strike days. I specifically questioned the operator about potential delays to make sure enough time was factored into my journey. All will be fine I was assured. Well it wasn’t - I was told there would be a 30min delay, and I had to call them to find this out! Thankfully I managed to get an Uber and my special day out was saved. Get your act together Parker’s.
