On November 26, 2020, I placed an order on Parkersdeals.com for a pair of bunion splint toe straightener correctors. The site clearly said "one pair". However, when the product arrived, it was a single corrector, not a pair. Within a day or two I contacted Parkers Deals to inform them that I was missing half of the pair. At that time I also re-checked the website to confirm that I was correct in remembering it saying "1 pair" and I was correct. But by the time I got a response from the vendor, they had changed their website to say just "1", not "1 pair". This is low down dirty business. They refused to send me a second one and insisted that I pay to return the single if I wanted a refund. After considering this for a couple of days I wrote to say I would send the single back and please send and RA for me to do so. Now I have heard nothing back from them at all! If I could assign negative stars, I would. Stay away from this company. If they screw up, the customer pays! And now I'm stuck with one corrector!
