We bought a pool. Shipping was supposed to be a week from California to Massachusetts. That ended up being untrue and shipping took forever and ended up coming from China. Once arrived pool was not packaged well and pool had hole in pool which made is unusable. We contacted customer service for refund and 1 day before her 30 days expired Parker's Deals finally got back to us. They said they would provide refund pending return of item. Makes sense Amazon does similar. Only problem is Parkers Deals wanted us to ship it back to China. That's ludacris especially since they have a warehouse in California not to mention when we ordered it was to be shipped from California. It obviously shipped from China bc California warehouse ran out of stock okay but that doesnt mean your customers need to ship it back to China if you ran out from the California warehouse. And then on top of all this you cant ask questions on social media about your defected item because they delete comments. That's a shady company right there.
