I visited a local store with my parents today to look at sofas, and while we were browsing, a cheerful and friendly representative introduced himself. He was polite, approachable, and explained any questions we had in an easy-to-understand manner. We ended up purchasing the sofas and are eagerly awaiting their arrival. He also provided useful suggestions and a printed guide on how to dispose of our old ones. I would definitely recommend visiting and speaking with him if you're looking to buy a sofa! :-)
