I was surprised collection driver refused to take my car unless I paid him 10pounds in cash. Despite informing them 3 times of my ETA I had to wait long time. On my return yesterday 25th march 2026. Despite ringing them 30mins prior to collection I had to wait. To my surprise again the driver left the car park ticket in the car and I had to pay again to come out of car park. Be careful!
