I used the entirely inappropriately named "Swift" Meet & Greet Stansted. The arrival process took some time for their agent to finally attend Row H in the Orange Car Park, half an hour after arriving on site. That was nothing compared to the pantomime experienced on return. Called the number I had at 23:36 to notify of our arrival. I was advised an hour to return my car to the collection point, which as our flight landed 25 minutes ahead of schedule seemed acceptable. After an hour, no car so I called again. A further 25 minutes was the response. After a further half an hour I called again. And again. And again. No answer. Eventually when someone did answer I was advised another 15-20 minutes. Called again at 01:35, now over 2 hours after my original call to be told the car would be outside in 5 minutes. It wasn't and I met another irate customer who had also been waiting 2 hours for their car. The guy on the phone advised me that my car was on site, go to Row H he suggested. I am stood in Row H and my car is not here. Eventually it arrived on site at 01:50. Covered in mud both outside and inside. If you are looking to park at Stansted, I would advise steering clear of this and other related companies as the level of service and communication is appalling. Pay the extra, use the on site car parks and bus transfer as the small amount of money you save is not worth it.
