You have asked for further information. Please see below. I have not included all my communication evidence. In November I made the above reservation for parking Meet and Greet at Stansted Airport. On the 28th January my husband and I travelled to the airport and as instructed phoned the given number 07751482588 30minutes before arrival. I phoned 13 times and no one answered. We went into the Orange car park as instructed and searched for someone to take our car. There was no one there. In desperation, I had also emailed en route explaining the situation We were obviously anxious as our flight time was nearing. We came out of the Orange car park and went to the Blue car park, thinking it would be cheaper. At the last minute we decided to leave the key on the front tyre because we thought the car could be collected and not rack up £67 a day for parking. I was anxious about the situation and my stress levels were heightened by what had happened. We are both 70 years old and although seasoned travellers, one’s stress levels certainly change. On arrival in Morocco, I emailed info@parking explaining again what had happened and a screenshot of the 13 calls I had made en route to the airport. At 12.04 on the 28th December Aroob from Parking4you got back and said had I left the keys with the car, if so the driver could go and retrieve the car. I replied where I had left the keys and and asked for an update. Again on the 28th Aroob responded and assured me the car was going to be picked up and I would be informed when this had happened. On not hearing anything I emailed for an update on the 28th and the 29th. Finally on the 29th Dunoon emailed to say the car had been picked up and the car was now at ‘our car park’ and he told me not to worry. On the 3rd January I emailed to double check the number I should call for the return of my car. No response. My son phoned on the 4th whilst we were in transit and was told that yes, they had the car. On landing, I phoned and was told that the car would be an hour and the driver would call when he was in the orange car park.After 40 minutes I had a call from Mark 07427614503 asking if I had got my car yet. I said I was waiting. He told me to go and check the Blue car park to see if it was still there. And yes it was. What on earth had been going on? He said he was a booking agent and that I should take up the complaint with you, the 3rd party. He gave me your email address. I have screen shot my exit fee from the Blue car park £536 which was £67 per day. Please arrange payment for this to my Bank Account .J Vander Gucht 04 00 04 3694209I am overwhelmed with anger, frustration, disbelief and current loss of £536. The Booking Agent has said they will refund my initial booking fee but I have yet to receive this.
