We booked Peak Park & Ride through this company and they confirmed (in writing) that we could drop the car off at 02.45am. When we arrived at approx 02.30am the place was in darkness. A sign outside said the site was manned from 04.00am until midnight. I rang the mobile number provided but it was futile, as I could see my ringing number displayed on a mobile telephone on a desk through a window at the rear of the premises. We had to hurriedly arrange alternative parking and pay almost £100.00 in order to check in for our flight. I have written asking for as refund with no response!
