The Forge driver was waiting upon our arrival at Bristol drop and go, unlike other users who wanted to know who we were using as their collection was late. On our return we waited about 15 minutes but it was a very busy time so just getting to the drop point was slow and could not be apportioned to Forge. All in all, an easy booking process and good service.
