The process of booking is straightforward, however there is clearly no screening of who can advertise on here. I booked a Meet & Greet parking for Heathrow and the company booked via Compare Parking took 70 mins to collect the car and multiple calls. On returning, followed all the process and explained had an issue on drop off and again over 50 mins to receive my car back.This company was called something different on the quote to further down the booking and when you look at the reviews they are all terrible and all with the same issues as the above. Not one good review and should not be allowed to advertise on this comparison site. Never had a problem before with any meet and greet at Heathrow or Gatwick but this was appalling.
