We had booked with this company, never again. On arrival they told us and our friends who booked with them that we had to hand over £10 each cash. On return we did as instructed and rang them, they gave us a meeting point. after 5 phone calls we were told our cars were at the wrong terminal. After another 3 phone calls our friends finally got their car. Only to find that their petrol had been drained and 260 miles was added to the clock and they had to pay another £10 to leave. Eventually after another two hours and multiple phone calls we received our car with items missing. My last phone call to this company was actually stating that if my car was not in front of me within 10 minutes i would call the police and report my car stolen. When it eventually arrived the driver was extremely rude. I do not understand why Gatwick would use such a dreadful company, and again we had to pay another £10 to get out. Never again will I use such a horrendous service. Please think carefully about booking with this company
