This was a terrible experience. I did park and greet for the Bristol airport. It began by them waiting for late arrivals who had a flight significantly later than my own and a couple who was also anxious about the delay this waiting caused. It took half an hour for us to leave despite us arriving from Birmingham in good timing. This meant we were late for our flight, I had my 8 year old daughter with me who had been up since 3am and was able to eat at the airport because of this delay. Our flight was last boarding call! On returning, I contacted them from the place they told us to wait on drop off with my child, cold at 1am. It went to woman who continously said they would be with me in 5 mins, almost 2 hours later and her ignoring my calls - I had to email and tell them I would report my car stolen if it didn't arrive in the next 30 minutes! Not only did they not pick us up, they drove my car, parked it in the short car park and refused to pay for the ticket! There was no apology. They could see I had my exhausted child with me, had to drive another 2 hours to get to Birmingham, showing no compassion or remorse. They have refused to refund me and so I have escalated this externally for a resolution.
