I used the meet and greet option at Manchester airport as I wasn't sure how much time I would have for check-in. I followed instructions to ring 30 mins before but was told there may not be someone there to meet me which added a bit of stress. Arrived at the short stay car park and there was a driver there to meet me but I could have done without the worry. Things went really wrong on my return, again I followed the instructions to ring after collecting my bags but was told it would be 45 mins before my car would be returned. Numerous calls and 90 minutes later I got my car back, the call taker was rude, unhelpful and hung up on me when I asked where my car was giving me the standard 'it's on its way' answer. Having been travelling since 4am with 2 young children and a 6 hour drive to get home this 90 minutes delay was horrendous. I thought I was paying premium price for a responsive local valet parking service and would have been better off parking the car in one of the airport car parks so it was available as soon as I got. Horrible customer service, misleading service description, poor communication - I really wouldn't waste your money
