Just received a parking fine for the time my car was with them! I had until now put up with how awful the expereince was but now feel have to review for others to avoid. The drop off point is not sign posted, the book in system chaotic, pick up driver was rude and another lady already in the bus, had ended up driving around Heathrow for an hour before getting back to her car. No idea where my car had been but it was parked on a double yellow during the time I was on the plane hence the parking ticket which I now have to dispute.
