As a meet and greet service, I followed their instructions of calling them half an hour before arriving to the airport and just after landing on my return.Both times I had to wait another 40/45 minutes to get my car collected and returned. No apology from the driver, no explanation, nothing, not even from the receptionist.Very bad service and customer service.
