Reported my experience to the police and trading standards. They trade under the name of GLD 1 Trading Ltd (check out those reviews!). My car was returned 1 hr late - I was told in broken English that it was parked 40 miles away! The back seats and floor were full of food rubbish and covered in crumbs. The front passenger foot well was covered in thick mud. It had clearly been used by multiple people. No response from the company of course. SHUT THEM DOWN. THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED.This was at Bristol Airport
