On dropping off, there was nobody to collect the car off me. I was already running late for my flight. Contacted them only to advise me to lock my car and leave the car keys on top of the wheels which I would absolutely not do. They eventually turned up after 35 minsOn picking up the car, I phoned as soon as I landed then advised them I had picked up my luggage only for them to tell me they will be 30 minutes turned into an hour. I called to query once again, the man became very argumentative over the phone asking me to wait. Awful customer service altogether. They are rude, awful to deal with and very unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone to use them and I will for sure never use them again.
