DO NOT USE AIRPORT SECURE PARKING! Many others you can choose from. We returned off holiday with a disabled child. (I explained to the driver on drop off, as we were told to park in the car in the closest space which was busy and ended up at the opposite end of the car park. The driver was great helped with luggage as he could see how difficult it was have my child and nine pieces of luggage) On return it was a completely different service. We was told the driver was stuck in traffic, as the roads were busy and were alot of road closures and diversions. It would be 25-30 minutes. (Not ideal as we booked service which stated... car returned no waiting, however these things happen.) At the 30 minute mark we called again, they said about another 15 minutes. I explained we had already waited 30, we had a disabled child who was not well. (They had been sick on the plane and are incontinent and had leaked. I had cleaned them up the best I could in the toilet but we really needed to be on our way.) He was becoming very unsettles and overwhelmed. I said this isn't acceptable, to receive a response saying "well it's going to have to be, what do you want him to do fly!" Another 30 minutes passed, I called again. I was told under 5 minutes, 5 minutes he will be there." Ten minutes later he arrived, very happy and polite. "Hi how are you?" I was shocked and didn't respond he then said "is everything okay?" No! Where have you been, 3 flights came in everyone has gone apart from us, why could you not get here but everyone else seems to have had no problems. He threw his hands up and said "woooow, I just deliver your car I have no idea." I asked how long had he been in the car. He replied "10 minutes" 10 minutes!!!! We then realised we had no licence plate on the rear of the vehicle. He had no clue! I AGAIN rang the number back he had no response that the driver had only had the vehicle 10 minutes. (What could he say, complete lier!) He did say "I don't know where the plate is, it's down to you how you attatch it." It was attached when we purchased the vehicle from the dealership and never had any issue, including through hot weather, which was the next theory! "The sun has melted it and it's fallen off, it happens alot." Really? Well if it happens alot why not check plates are returned with the vehicle when it's "melted off" why not advise when customers book this is a known issue and to ensure it is screwed on. He also said " I'm going to the yard now i will go check for your plate and ring you in 2 minutes. That was the 8th call I had, had to make at 17.43pm Friday and still today Thursday haven't had that call. I have tried to contact many ways since been home. Messaged, emails and calls even to 0333 but they will not speak to you about a complaint. Iv now recieved an email address via the police and had a response. That this is the first time I have made contact. It's Laughable! I have again asked twice on this new email address for a phone call which as of yet has been ignored. I recieved an email saying they have the plate and will post it out. Not that I needed that service (confirmation and return of my plate) 6 days ago to drive 60 miles home legally. Ooo and they will refund the car park stay like that makes it all okay!No care for the customers, no customer service skills, not even from the ones in charge it appears. They just want you to pay and then how ever they treat you, depending on their circumstances on the day, you need to accept. Shamble of a company, (if you can call it that!) I believe I have only got somewhere because the police was contacted to report the plate stolen and driving home without, with the hope of not receiving a fine if we were pulled over. If it wasn't for police involvement I think they would avoid any communication and hope you will just go away. I have scored one as I can not put zero, but the only one star for this would but for the driver that arrived unknowing of any conversations and how long we had waited, but unfortunately took the frustration from us as he arrived. He arrived professional and polite (he did dissappear very quickly, but I think I would have if I had been put in that situation with no heads up from management.) Unfortunately this gentleman wasn't enough to give a review of any higher stars as it is abysmal. One star is more than adequate.If you have already booked, Good Luck!
