Pulled up at my daughters property to pick up an item for her, came out 7 minutes later, and a guy had pulled up and was photographing and issuing tickets, mine was already ticked. He wasn't there when I stopped he was very rude and ignorant. so must have been less than seven minutes to ticket my car. Surely not right.He was also not wearing any official uniform or badge.
