I live in a development that is under going works and isn't structure as construction is happening. Many residents have their spaces taken by construction workers and have to park in other spaces. There is a ticket warden who comes down at 4-5am and gives tickets but removed them off cars so no cars know they have a ticket until they're hit with a hefty letter demanding £100. So far 10 tickets have been given, and not one ticket was left on anyone's car. parking and property are proud at saying their wardens do not have CCTV, this is because this is a con, They are a cons and demanding money in a cruel and unfair way. After the 1st ticket (if left on the cars) Do you think people would carry on parking there? No they wouldn't but they know this so they remove tickets then use their sly ways to harass you into paying it.
