Our car broke down in our own car park and they have had given us 2 tickets before we then had to get the property management company involved where they told them to cancel 2 tickets but they only cancelled one. We put a clear notice advising due to health and safety we couldnt tow the car into the space. They even had taken a picture of the blank empty space. We appealed both of these tickets and they only cancelled one but couldn’t provide no logical reason to why they cancelled it and tried to advise us it was down to the pictures they provided saying the car had moved so there was no proof it was broken down. Bare in mind the car had car parts and the batter visible in the car to show it had clearly gone to the garage and back.Customer service is atrocious and they don’t have people that know how to punctuate and spell properly sending there emails back. They basically told me earlier they would deal with my Fiancé instead not me thinking we didn’t write the email with the proof together? Anita the office manager is an absolute disgrace, talking over me and couldn’t even give me a logical explanation just kept repeating herself. So embarrassing for someone at her level to act in a way. They don’t want to deal with your enquires themselves and we need to email.
