ParkingMD was very responsive during the initial intake, but the experience went downhill after that. I was told that because of Missouri regulations, my documents had to be mailed, yet communication became very poor. Several emails went unanswered, and even after 17 days, I still have no documents and no tracking information. This appears to be a site ran by AI. I would not recommend this service.
