I received a Parking Charge from ParkMaven after a recent stay at The Queen at Chester Hotel despite paying via the machine on arrival.I've appealed the Charge via ParkMaven's website and by e-mail. After chasing them, I received acknowledgement of my Appeal, but no decision. They're on a loser - I have proof of payment.Imagine my surprise (NOT!) when I received a 'Reminder' 2 weeks after the first 'Notice to Keeper' arrived.I've sent a strongly worded email threatening them with legal action if my appeal isn't upheld.TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE Company!
