I would say that I experience 'friction' but I often travel for work and have use various park and ride facilities at Newark Airport. It was three of us travel, all female. No one assisted us with our bags from the car or to the car or explained the confusing location differences. The confirmation of your reservation does not include the location of your booking, although there are several notes telling you that you must go the correct location. And on the return you are drop off at a different location. It would be better customer service to explain this to your customer when they drop off their vehicles and the confirmation should include the address of your booking.
