I am a long time user of Park Plus and never have an issue with them. The employees are extremely professional and attentive and that is what I pay for. The only issue with the JFK location is that we waited 25 minutes at the parking lot and another 30 minutes at the airport for the return shuttle. It is my hope that this was due to the fact we were traveling on the early portion of the Memorial Day weekend and not a reduction in shuttles running. If it was the former, then it would be prudent to add more shuttles to the run to keep the delays lower. They are a great company to work with - hands down.
