After flying into JFK we called at the time scheduled to land. Waited 20 minutes and called again, was told the shuttle would arrive in 5-10 minutes, a shuttle (marked with Park Plus) did arrive but sped through the arrivals area that it was neither possible to flag it down, call to confirm we were in the agreed waiting area or even jump in front of it to stop, despite attempts. We then proceeded to call and either be put on hold or hung up on for the next 25 minutes. We decided to take a taxi to the lot because we'd lost all communication and hope for a shuttle. 10 minutes into the taxi line a shuttle finally arrived. It was over an hour of waiting for our car. When we arrived the car was blocked in, we'd paid for a car wash as well and when we opened the door we'd found a coffee cup tipped over and spilling coffee into the driver seat. Went back in to complain and were told "we dont do the washing, that someone else, not our problem" I would have put up a bigger fight but it was past midnight and decided to simply never use this facility again.
