I am a huge Park Plus fan. You have been my exclusive parking service for the last 5 years. Whenever I talk about customer service, I hold your organization up as a shining example of how to do it right. I've never been asked to write a review for you until now, a week after a terrible experience with your company. Due to my flight coming it at 1:00 in the morning, I requested the one way, "deliver my car" pick-up, thinking it would get me home and in bed 15 minutes faster. Wrong. The dispatcher did not have me on the delivery list and when a driver was eventually found, he went to the wrong terminal. I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for my car...not the experience you want to have after a cross-country flight and after paying extra money for a specialty service.Out of loyalty to the company, the next day I sent you an email describing the experience...not as a complainer, but as a supportive customer who felt obligated to let you know that you dropped the ball. I never got a response back from anyone.If I was rating the other dozen times I've used your service, each experience would be 5+ stars. I will continue to be a loyal customer and don't want to judge based on 1 bad experience. I hope you can figure out how to make sure no customer has to experience this again.
