This is my go to place when I fly out of JFK. Usually very professional and no problems. This time I got a lot of friction from the office staff. After a long flight back from England I called to get a pick up and was told "the driver is on the way." I waited 20 minutes to call again and this time was told "He is on his way" in a very snotty voice. After I got back to the office I attempted to use a coupon for a day off I received directly from Park Plus and was told that they would not accept this because it wasn't done before the booking. I DID call before I traveled and was told to just have the office count it after I got back. She refused to believe me and said "that is not the way it works" I told her it was her own company staff that said to handle it this way. She was very dismissive and told me no again. I said I would take it up the next day by phone. I did and the woman at corporate revised my bill immediately. Good ending that could have been dealt with, with a better "customer service"outcome.
