We will not use Park Plus again. There has to be better options. We were returning to Newark airport at 11pm, but our flight was delayed so we arrived at 1am instead. I called the parking place before our flight departed to let them know we were delayed (we had two cars at Park Plus). They said it wasn't a problem just call when we land, which I did. There were 7 of us waiting for the Park Place shuttle to get our car at 1:15am. The shuttle didn't come, we waited for 20 minutes, I called again and they said the driver had already come and left because we weren't there. Then when the driver finally arrived, he complained because there were 7 of us with 7 pieces of luggage. Then when we finally got to our car, the ticket they gave us to exit the lot wouldn't open the gate. No one seemed remotely interested in helping us. It was way too much aggravation; their customer service is quite poor at 1-2am.
