I would give it no stars but had to give it one or I couldn’t write a review. Although I understand that it is the hotel that cancels when they are full or overbooked and that sometimes Park, Sleep, Hotels doesn’t get notified until after the booking is made, it is very bad business on the booking website to leave you high and dry. They call to tell you your reservation has to be cancelled but offer no compensation for your inconvenience. They should book you another hotel with the same requirements and absorb the difference in the cost if necessary. It is beyond upsetting when you have made a reservation and then find out that you have been cancelled because of their incompetence. A reservation should never be booked and given an ID number which is confirmation that you have booked and a deposit is withdrawn from your credit card when there is no availability. Their lack of competence, failure to solve the issue and their sorry but nothing we can do attitude is unacceptable. Will mot be dealing with them ever again!!!!!!
