Bird shipped was a common green cheek conure, not a pineapple like I ordered. Bird died on the Tuesday after receiving it. Will be filing a claim in small claims court. They cannot use the excuse that I have no experience with birds, I handled baby cockatiels and conures when I was in my 20s, and had them lead a long and happy life
