The ordering process was straightforward, and the selection of meals was good, delivered promptly. However, my low rating stems from the very small portion sizes. I had read other reviews mentioning this, but since I don’t have a large appetite, I decided to give it a try. Even with a small appetite, these meals are minuscule and barely fill a quarter of my standard dinner plate! I just had the chicken roast dinner, which was not very flavorful, and the chicken was a tiny piece—my pet has a bigger piece of chicken than this! The meals were edible but lacked taste and smelled like hospital food while microwaving. I had high hopes for this service, but it unfortunately didn't meet my expectations.
