Received a FedEx bubble envelope package contained a box with a label indicating something else was inside e.g. not what I ordered. However, after Customer Service asked me to open that box, it actually did contain the item I ordered. Confusing, but it worked out okay. Their explanation was that they try to reuse boxes, apparently to keep costs down.
