I placed an order for a replacement front bumper in October. On the delivery day, I was informed that the replacement part was backordered and the only option was to use the OEM part at a 33% price increase. I was assured that the part was available and would be shipped soon. Almost three weeks later, I received an email stating it was still backordered, with no availability until December at the earliest. I will not do business with them again due to this experience.
