Ordered an 09-14 F-150 tailgate and paid to have it painted YZ - Oxford White. They sent me an unpainted (black) one instead. I figured they would do what they could to fix the mistake, but their best offer was to refund the cost of painting the tailgate, OR have me drive it back to them for repainting and give me $50 for gas (a 400km drive, and missed day of work for 50 bucks). I took the paint refund, but now I'll need to either paint it myself or pay to have it done elsewhere.Apparently the fault was mine, because I had already broken down the outer box and packing foam before I opened the inner box to discover the color mismatch.Just be warned, the customer service is awful, and they don't really stand behind their work.PARTIFY, when you make a mistake like this, you should replace the part. You could have sent me another one and I could have used that box to send the one I have back.
