Extremely unprofessional service. Order was delayed with no updates, and I received only one item without any explanation. When I followed up, I was given different excuses every time — first “part not available,” then “parcel wouldn’t fit,” which is completely false.
The moment I sent a strong email, they suddenly “found” the part and shipped it. This clearly shows misleading communication and poor management.
Would not recommend. Be ready to chase them for something you’ve already paid for.
Very poor management, execution, customer handlings . They should down if they are not able to deliver the products atleast people wouldn't get any false hope !!!!!!
