This is a mixed review
I ordered the part for my dryer easily, the part came quickly so I was thrilled, however it had no padding or bubble wrap just came in a bag and the part was broken.
To say I was disappointed was an understatement as I knew then I would have to buy a new dryer because if I asked for a replacement this could happen again. The part was £100, its should of been packed better, no way of knowing if it was the transport or if it was knowingly broken on posting but I think it was how it was packaged
Communication was fine and money was refunded so gave 3 stars
