Frustrating Return Experience

Initially, I ordered the incorrect part and realized it before installation by verifying it with a meter. The trouble began when I tried to return it. It seems the company lacks a clear return policy, as I had to make several requests to obtain return information. They required the part to be tracked, which also meant I would be notified upon its receipt. It's now January 21, 2026, and they acknowledged receiving the part back on January 9. With each inquiry, I received more excuses regarding the timeline for my refund. The latest update mentioned they need 3 to 5 days for their inspection team to check for signs of use, starting from my most recent email. After the inspection, I was informed that the 8 to 10-day refund process would begin. So far, I have not received any updates on the inspection or the refund. Ultimately, I face a 30% restocking fee for a part that weighs less than a pound. They are quick to ship out orders but have an extremely slow and complicated return process. I will not use this company again. If you choose to order from them, be cautious and avoid making the same mistake I did.
