The product I ordered was out of stock, so they emailed me to let me know they were going to send me the upgraded version instead at no additional cost. I had ordered the same item from two other companies, who were both also out of stock but had just emailed to let me know they cancelled my order. It was such a relief to get the email about the upgraded items and to know that I wouldn't have to go searching for a fourth time! I was starting to run into a serious time crunch with the wedding the order was for. It's the little things sometimes and this honestly made my day!
