Superb experience, initially we had an issue with the courier but party on balloons called us within 30 minutes of emailing to complain, they dealt with the issue for us and my daughter got her custom balloon on time for her birthday, these guys really do care about their customers!I would not hesitate to use this company again or recommend them to family/friends, thanks!
